Fanbooster gives you the ability to white-label our platform to meet your branding needs. The white-labeling feature removes Fanbooster branding, replacing it with your own. This article outlines how to setup your domain or subdomain.
- First Look Category
A white-labeled product is a product, or a service, provided by one company (the producer) that another company (the marketers) rebrand to make it appear as if they had made it.
At Fanbooster this means your brand/logo replaces any of our branding.
Examples of assets that can be white-labeled across our platform, include:
- Emails to Clients
- Logo and Favicon
- Domain of your Choosing
- Links to support, FAQ, login, logout, and sign-up
White-Label an Account
This option is only available for the Pro Plan.
Start by heading to your white label settings:
Click Change and you'll find the Domain field:
- If you're using a sub-domain (social.mybusiness.com), make sure it points (CNAME) to app.fanbooster.com
- If you're using a top level domain (mybusiness.com), make sure it points (A Record) to 126.96.36.199
If you're not comfortable changing your domain's DNS records, contact your domain registrar as they can usually assist with this for no charge.
Once that's set, Click "Save" and you'll see a confirmation that your white label settings have been saved. You can now start accessing your dashboard using your White Label domain.
End of Article:
Congratulations! Now your ready to white-label Fanbooster to fit your needs.
Most likely you have setup a CNAME on your domain name instead of an A record.
